[00:18:24] on Amazon as far as you know, it's a lot. Yeah. So many like fan fiction and stuff. We'll go

[00:18:31] over that bit later but oh my god. I need to really get into books. You did. Oh yeah, I got into books.

[00:18:39] Just because that's where a lot of like the UFO all just have made their work published or collected articles.

[00:18:46] Yeah and then has to do a lot of history. Do you want to move on to history?

[00:18:50] Yeah, I mean I can jump into history. This was like a more difficult topic to do history on

[00:18:56] because definitely even though alien encounters are you know documented throughout history,

[00:19:04] not everybody wants to admit that they got it on with one of them or whatnot so there's not a ton

[00:19:12] of documentation of that. And even if you did say that a lot of times you weren't believed.

[00:19:16] Yeah, or you're like institutionalized or whatever. Yeah, so they're not going to take it seriously

[00:19:20] and document it seriously. So needless to say as far as the history of exophilia

[00:19:28] just throughout history different civilizations just have had some myths and lore and

[00:19:34] religions surrounding encounters with different entities. We've just kind of had a fascination with

[00:19:41] things that are kind of beyond our understanding. Right. Let's see here. So kind of where this

[00:19:48] started was just like with early like scientific speculation like during the Enlightenment period there

[00:19:56] was like thinkers like Jordan O'Bruno and Johannes Kepler that just kind of proposed the idea of

[00:20:02] inhabited like worlds beyond earth. And some of their ideas just kind of like paved the way for

[00:20:09] later scientific inquiry into extraterrestrial life. Okay. Also like in the 19th century science

[00:20:18] fiction was like just a huge huge thing. Authors like Jewels Verne and HG Wells just kind of fascinated

[00:20:25] readers with some imaginative narratives of remote universes. And then also just like pop culture

[00:20:35] in the later half of the 20th century and 21st century they were just kind of like perpetuated

[00:20:43] by like media essentially. So things that were like movies TV video games literature popularity

[00:20:51] with Star Trek, Star Wars Doctor Who just kind of gave a range of places and beings for like the public

[00:20:57] to fall in love with. For sure. And then also just like space exploration like mid 20th century

[00:21:04] you know we launched satellites and crew missions into space NASA and the Soviet space program just

[00:21:11] kind of fueled obsessions with like ET. And events just like the Apollo moon landing and the Voyager

[00:21:17] missions just kind of stirred our stirred up our imaginations a bit. Yeah. And then like in recent times

[00:21:25] you know the UFOologists you've got astrobiology, astronomy, planetary science just kind of expanded

[00:21:32] our knowledge of space and boosted everybody's interest in extraterrestrial life. For sure.

[00:21:41] And then like also just like ancient civilizations and even like there's the UFOologists that

[00:21:48] kind of make notes of like in the past whenever there was anything that was just like unexplained

[00:21:56] whether they called it a demon or a fairy or a gnome or whatever they all kind of have similar

[00:22:02] patterns of things. And if you kind of substitute like demon for alien you know a lot of those

[00:22:09] encounters are similar so maybe they've been talking about the same thing but just you mean like

[00:22:15] in the Bible like demons. Yeah okay yeah or like spirits or even like fairies fairies are

[00:22:21] promiscuous and they have you know whatever shape head and eyes and they kidnap people and they

[00:22:28] leave changelings as babies it's like it could be alien. It could be interchangeable with alien for

[00:22:35] sure. That is a good point. Yeah so and like even like in ancient Egypt they had artifacts

[00:22:42] and hieroglyphs like kind of resembling like spaceships the Sumerians left behind the epic of

[00:22:48] Gilgamesh which translated to like being described as encounters with beings from other planets.

[00:22:54] Wow. Even like ancient East Indian texts they left the the Vedas contains references to flying

[00:23:05] machines and Native Americans have handed down just like lore through through the centuries with

[00:23:11] about talking about sky or star people. Oh and here's one of the most interesting ones like

[00:23:17] historically speaking. Mm-hmm. Is like the ancient Greek and Roman mythology. Yeah because basically

[00:23:24] like the Greek and the Roman gods were basically like based off of like celestial bodies right so

[00:23:31] yeah. So like Zeus was Jupiter Aphrodite was Venus and they were often like in the stories depicted

[00:23:38] as like they were romancing or mating with mortals. I didn't even think about this. Yeah yeah

[00:23:44] like they were always like having hybrid children with like mortals and usually the kids of their

[00:23:51] offspring were really kind of special right. Right so hybrids yeah yeah they're like basically

[00:23:58] they kind of think like could that have been alien you know what not because yeah they were named

[00:24:05] after planets. I didn't even think about this. Yeah oh my god yep and then let's see here what else

[00:24:13] um because even like going back to um like Egyptian times isn't there like the theory that the

[00:24:19] pyramids were built. Oh yeah like we didn't have the technology to be like you would have to have

[00:24:24] they there were like 10,000 laborers to carry one block and they had to have advanced science to

[00:24:30] build them and things like that so and then there's another thing out there called the ancient

[00:24:35] astronaut theory and this was just like a hypothesis a hypothesis that suggested that advanced

[00:24:42] ET's visited earth and ancient times and influenced our civilization and possibly genetically

[00:24:48] manipulated human evolution. Oh thus getting into hybridization. Yeah so and that's pretty much

[00:24:57] it about like the history of things and well not necessarily just the overview of it I do have some

[00:25:03] other specific examples throughout our times of just some encounters that have been documented. Uh-huh

[00:25:10] so and these come from the book called screwed by aliens. So this is a real book it's supposed to be

[00:25:20] real alien encounters. This is the one that you read right? I read a majority of it. I want to read it

[00:25:26] yes so I have a few different people that had their encounters here so okay. One of them was

[00:25:34] Whitley Shriver who claims that an alien inserted a one-foot long anal probe and he claimed it was

[00:27:19] can't prove it because it didn't happen or if it's like the aliens are just thinking that we're

[00:27:26] just such a dumb planet they don't want to raise their kids on it. Oh we're not advanced enough like

[00:27:37] improving our bloodline? Right I don't know so this is one that tends to be like really popular with

[00:27:43] um within the communities is in 1957 Antonio Velas Boas a Brazilian farmer reported he was

[00:27:53] forced to have sex with a red-haired pointy breasted feminoid. Oh Madonna breasted someone on

[00:27:59] there. I like it. They were vulg. When she left or when he left she implied she was pregnant

[00:29:06] for saying he was taking what was his. Wait this didn't all happen when she was 12 did it? No no

[00:29:19] her basically. Oh still gross. So and then after he said that he was taking what was his or

[00:29:27] theirs um her her clothes were covered in blood like she had had a miscarriage and he took her

[00:29:33] aboard the the spaceship and showed her a child that was frail and gray and her last visit was at 39

[00:29:40] years of age. Oh my goodness yeah so had had a kid it wasn't a miscarriage had a kid from 12 to 39?

[00:29:47] Sounds like a sickly kid or might have been of the gray species. Right we don't know. We don't know

[00:29:53] maybe it was super healthy yeah. Yeah you don't know. Frail and gray might be healthy. Yeah

[00:30:00] and then 1978 Jose and Asio had missing time under um an under hypnosis he revealed he was abducted

[00:30:09] to a spacecraft with a circular room where he was naked with a woman

[00:30:14] and he was told that he was safe and they had intercourse on like a net like structure

[00:30:20] and his descriptions of the event were so graphic that the researchers had to erase the tape.

[00:30:26] What does that mean? So like in the researcher tapes like literally like he was so specific

[00:30:32] and detailed that they had to delete the tape because it was explicit. Did they explain it in the book?

[00:30:38] No I want to know the story is. The tape was we got a we got hunt for the tape. Yeah we got to find

[00:30:58] because you know a big theme with all of these is that you know they plant images of like well

[00:31:04] being and safety into your head and you know so you aren't scared. Right and then 1980s John Smith

[00:31:12] sounds like an alias doesn't it John. Yes. John Doe. John Smith. He reported being taken

[00:31:20] onto an aircraft where an instrument was inserted into his nose. Okay. My answer to the COVID test.

[00:31:31] His body was then bathed in light and he became aroused. Erotic images were implanted into

[00:31:38] his mind and a device had been attached to his genitals. He finished and then a female alien

[00:31:46] calmed him and he woke up in his car. Wow. And now here is so wait he got like they suck

[00:31:57] something up his nose and that turned him on somehow. Maybe they just had it in the wrong

[00:32:02] hole. I don't know. Like I mean obviously it was like medical something right they put it

[00:32:08] something in his nose some kind of instrumentation there. Yeah and then but then they collected a

[00:32:14] seaman maybe that's how they projected the images in his brain. Oh okay maybe it's so wild. It

[00:32:21] is really wild isn't it. And then the last instance that I have here and this is kind of all like

[00:32:29] these are vintage stories here. Okay. So 1982 a woman named Pamela claimed a reptilian humanoid

[00:32:38] and mobilized her with a high pitch sound the flimped her under stomach and had a tantric sex ritual

[00:32:45] with her. And after the encounter she had five scratch marks on her upper arm as if it was like

[00:32:52] reptilian claws. Did she? Sorry go ahead. Well and I was just going to say the scars that were left

[00:32:59] behind were still visible after they healed. Okay. Was she saying this is like

[00:33:05] consensual? She enjoyed it or no. You know that with the whole reptilian ones it's kind of

[00:33:13] it can be dicey. I mean you're not doing it but I'm just curious about this story.

[00:33:17] People say but in that particular story it didn't say one way or the other. But apparently the

[00:33:22] reptilian guys have like they're kind of they've had their way with humanity a lot. Okay. Maybe not so

[00:33:36] episode. Oh no. But there's also others that said that it was the best sex they've ever had. Yeah. So

[00:34:11] we might be dealing with the false memory phenomenon here. So psychologists have long known that

[00:34:17] human memory is valuable but many people fail to realize just how easy it is for false memories

[00:34:23] to be implanted. Okay so here's the deal. So a lot of people who claim they've been abducted by UFOs

[00:34:32] remember or recover these experiences while they're under hypnosis. Now it gets tricky so stay

[00:34:39] with me. So when you're under hypnosis it's kind of like your brains defenses are down obviously

[00:34:45] and it's easier for suggestions to get in there and mess with your memories. So at the person

[00:34:52] doing the hypnosis really believes in UFOs or appear normal and stuff like that and doesn't

[00:34:57] relieve any answers to give the person who's being hypnotized and the person being hypnotized wants

[00:35:02] answers but why they're feeling messed up like psychologically. It's pretty easy for the hypnotist

[00:35:10] to beliefs and persons own desires to kind of mix together and tell the person like oh I think

[00:35:17] this is aliens that's why you're feeling this way and kind of implant a memory in them during hypnosis

[00:35:22] and it could also be for the own like hypnosis like for their practice

[00:35:31] like biases or demonetize it more like oh they told me it was aliens oh my god like

[00:35:36] you know I'm gonna write a book about it. A money grab yeah so there's that

[00:35:43] so there was a study about people who believe they've been abducted by aliens

[00:35:48] the study uncovered some intriguing connections. They found that people who reported alien

[00:35:53] abductions often had experiences like see I always pronounce this wrong paralysis

[00:36:01] do you say they're right no correct me. See I always say parallelis of parallelis

[00:36:08] among no that's wrong it's one word in my vocabulary I just cannot. Is that ready?

[00:36:14] Paralysis. Paralysis thank you every single time okay I'm gonna work on it

[00:36:22] so those experiences so a history of being hypnotized and a strong interest in the paranormal

[00:36:28] and extraterrestrial stuff they just kind of combined it all like this is what happened you know

[00:36:37] like false memories or you just you find anything you connect anything in your mind to make sense of

[00:36:44] well it's kind of like when when you dream right like when you dream your brain is just kind of

[00:36:49] trying to make sense of things yeah and it's like filing and storing information in different places

[00:36:54] or working through traumas like your brain is really busy when you dream I would think like under

[00:37:00] like a hypnosis session that that is I mean you're in a highly suggestible state correct

[00:37:06] not not to minimize anyone's alien romances or anything like that we believe yes we believe

[00:37:12] but yeah there's the flip side of that coin where yeah they're you're in a highly suggestible state

[00:37:18] yes and you're just grasping them like connections to things and so like a dream state yes yeah

[00:37:44] centered eerily similar to like medical procedures mm-hmm I mean it makes sense like you're

[00:37:49] in altered state of consciousness like if you're under drugs or something you know um laying

[00:37:55] there on the metal table or just any table at all people looking down at you from above there's

[00:38:00] high-tech rooms a bright saucer like light hovering above you you know no one in a lot of the

[00:38:06] accounts it's very similar it's like they're in a circular room it's very sterile it's very

[00:38:12] medallized like yeah a lot of them tend to be similar in that way yes and add in like

[00:38:19] sometimes being naked and like the pain they could be going through

[00:38:23] lactic control of your own bodies boundaries like it's almost seems like from a sci-fi movie but

[00:38:28] also from like a medical room like so under like you know drugs for surgery or whatever

[00:38:37] like anesthetics yes parallel yeah I mean if you have parolytics yes this one has a lot of

[00:38:48] terms and I'm not gonna say it's hard yes or are we good at seeing them but this is just a really

[00:38:53] strong cocktail to be determined we'll see so another take on it bonus episode

[00:40:12] an article in the Harvard gadget Richard McNally a professor of psychology and his colleagues

[00:40:20] recruited six women and four men who claimed they had been spirited away by ET's some of them

[00:40:26] more than once so under hypnosis seven of the ten reported having had their sperm or eggs

[00:40:33] extracted for breeding purposes or experiencing direct sexual contact with those base aliens

[00:40:41] each of these people was interviewed by either McNally or Susan Clancy also a professor of psychology

[00:40:48] each also wrote a script that told the story of his or her abduction the research team then made

[00:40:55] audio tapes spoken in a neutral voice from the scripts the experiencers listened to these tapes

[00:41:02] in the lab of Scott at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center and Manchester in Hampshire

[00:41:10] as the tapes played the researchers recorded their emotional responses using such measures

[00:41:16] as like heart rate and sweat on their palms their hands etc the same procedure was done with eight

[00:41:21] people haunted by traumatic experiences unrelated to abduction by aliens when the two sets of

[00:41:28] measurements were compared the results were striking experiencers showed surprisingly strong psychological

[00:41:36] reactions to the tapes of their alien encounters the reactions were great or greater than those of

[00:41:41] individuals who cannot shake memories of combat sexual abuse and other punishing events

[00:41:46] mhm McNally announced that these findings at a meeting of the American Association for the

[00:41:52] Advancement of Science and Denver the results underscore the power of emotional belief you know

[00:41:58] that people who sincerely believe that they've been abducted by aliens show patterns of

[00:42:03] emotional and physiological response to these memories that are strikingly similar to those of

[00:42:09] people who have been generally traumatized by combat or sexual abuse or anything like that

[00:42:14] so that that was interesting yeah no that that kind of came up and just when I did the deep dive into

[00:42:19] it was that PTSD can be strong I mean either cause or effect do they have PTSD because they were

[00:42:28] abducted or do they have PTSD and that's why they formulated the story correct yeah two sides of

[00:42:35] the coin there but no I I fell in that too when I was kind of going down that rabbit hole yeah

[00:42:41] so another theory um as what can happen is something called dreaming with your eyes open

[00:42:49] and it's exactly as it sounds some people wake up but not fully and they're still in sleep

[00:42:55] sleep oh god maca say it right again paralysis paralysis you did it yes okay finally it only took me

[00:43:03] what 20 some episodes okay everybody drink every time yes I'm taking the drink for that I finally

[00:43:10] did it click and drink and drink I'm proud of myself all right because I could come across that

[00:43:16] word a lot doing this so all right drink okay anyways see had dreaming with your eyes open

[00:43:27] so you wake up and sleep paralysis and you're still dreaming with your eyes open

[00:43:33] so you see you think you're you're seeing like hallucinations but it's your dreams

[00:43:38] but you see like your own bedroom like your in real life and it feels real

[00:43:42] so that can happen too if you're having like alien dreams oh yeah you wake up and you see the

[00:43:50] thing on the ceiling mm-hmm or the thing in the corner of the room or you have follow up your window

[00:43:55] yeah I've done that before wait really wait have I have I been abducted oh no oh yes

[00:44:06] is that where you're into care please be a reptilian overlord

[00:45:49] the reptilian you remember um you watched the what was it the David Huggins love and saucers yes remember

[00:45:57] how like the reptile guys there was other ones that were like kind of their workers I will go

[00:46:39] or mocked at like people don't believe them most of the time and then told that they're crazy

[00:46:47] and they're minimized they're kind of gaslight them yeah like gaslight them a little bit don't they

[00:46:53] right and like so we were no way like denying any encounter ever happening to any individual but like

[00:47:00] if you're an experiencer like we're sorry if that's happened to you that's that sucks you know

[00:47:07] but there's also people that even if it has happened to you like you get laughed at mocked at and

[00:47:13] then as the experiencer you have to like deal with that too

[00:47:20] and so there are um like support groups for that one is like starboard and support you can find it

[00:47:27] online and it's just a bunch of experiencers who get together and talk about and support each other

[00:47:34] like because they're yeah because we usually laughed at and mocked and like

[00:47:39] they believe each other yeah so that's important too and they should be believed

[00:47:43] yeah um

[00:47:50] yeah I guess that's pretty much it for psychology there's two sides of what it could be

[00:47:55] would it can't be right um three sides and like you know even the psychology of like

[00:48:01] stuff you have to go through people not believing you so yeah or it's your own 30 secret

[01:02:41] to express his feelings about his inner species romance um so the story is he went into the woods

[01:02:50] when he was younger behind his house and he saw two little alien men a hairy insect like tall

[01:02:57] creature and a woman nearly had a wearing a blue coat they told him to sit down on a bench

[01:03:02] and to remove his clothes he did and then they told him to lay down he laid down all of them started

[01:03:09] touching him all over and then he got aroused the three men creatures stopped touching him and

[01:03:15] moved back and the woman alien climbed on top of him and they had sex as the other three watched

[01:03:22] when they finished the woman told him to forget quote unquote and that's the first story of

[01:30:44] UFO experience convention okay so it wasn't like a fantasy thing it was a fetish thing this was
